Custer High School Seniors planning to pursue post-secondary education at an accredited college, university, vocational or trade school.

Submit a 1-page essay including the following: • Describe how your community service efforts have impacted the community. • Describe how receiving this scholarship will benefit your educational plans/goals.

Attach a resume listing community activities along with paid & volunteer work experiences + duration of the activity or work. Highlight all community service efforts.

Under no circumstances may family members serve as a reference.

Attach three (3) Letters of Recommendation from individuals who can attest to your community service efforts, character, work ethic & personal qualities. If you have work experience, one must come from an employer or supervisor.
